We act as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Business Service Provider (BSP) and must comply with Meta's terms at all times. Message content is transmitted through Meta's infrastructure; we do not have access to end-to-end encrypted personal conversations outside the Business API context.

You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts have opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business and for maintaining records of such consent.
