Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Uzicookie at any time.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, Uzicookie will permanently remove the following data associated with your account:

  • Your account profile (name, email, company details)
  • All contact lists and contact records you uploaded
  • All campaigns, messages, and automation flows
  • WhatsApp Business Account connection details
  • Analytics and usage history
  • Billing and subscription records (subject to legal retention requirements)
Some billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations (UAE Commercial Transactions Law, etc.). All other data will be deleted within 30 days of your verified request.

How to Request Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request using any of the following methods:

Send an email to privacy@uzicookie.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 5 business days.

2Submit the Form Below

Fill in the form below with your registered email and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized representative, and that you understand this action is irreversible. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
